Dear Friends,

This is the third year that our community is organizing such a tour in North America, bringing together young monks and nuns who had grown up in America with Vietnamese origin to offer their experience in the practice of mindfulness. The tour aims to share the mindfulness practice to young Vietnamese raised in the West ages 17-38 and to share about the Wake Up Movement.

It is a five week tour starting in Texas, to Seattle, to Florida, to Toronto, and to California. Although led by Buddhist monastics, these events are non-sectarian and non-religious. We hope to offer simple useful practices that can help young people live a more sane and healthy life as they balance career, family, relationships and so on.
